来这里之后基本就没碰过日料了，在这盛产三文鱼的国度居然还有不能实现三文鱼自由的可能？肯定是不存在的，本来就是想吃一点鱼生，但不叫其他东西感觉也怪怪的，所以就随便叫了点，味道还不错。

绝对不能错过！三文鱼刺身及卷物非常好吃，很新鲜，但比目鱼刺身一般。餐厅在皇宫后方，倘由中央车步行，需时约半小时。餐厅位于的街道很安静及较暗，还好奥斯陆的治安很好。服务周到，气氛很好，标志性的外观，这家餐厅是世界一流的。价格很高，但我觉得物有所值。谢谢，我们很快会再来。

Definitely not to be missed!
The salmon sashimi and rolls were very delicious and fresh, but the flatfish sashimi was just average. The restaurant is behind the Royal Palace, and it takes about half an hour to walk from the central bus. The street where the restaurant is located is very quiet and dark, but Oslo is very safe. The service is thoughtful, the atmosphere is great, and the iconic appearance makes this restaurant world-class. The price is high, but I think it is worth it. Thank you, we will come again soon.

非常好吃的餐厅！！下午四点多到的，本来想随便吃点解解馋就走了，因为中午两点才刚吃完午饭。但是坐定之后又觉得这不是一个简单吃囗就走的地方，干脆点了一个寿司拼盘两杯起泡酒，休息一下。后来主厨又推荐了天妇罗沙拉，味道超级好，并向他学习了如何挑选牛油果。这里的价格还是偏贵的，不过很好吃③

Very delicious restaurant!! We arrived at around 4pm and wanted to eat something to satisfy our cravings and then leave, as we had just finished lunch at 2pm. But after we sat down, we felt that this was not a place where we could just eat and leave, so we simply ordered a sushi platter and two glasses of sparkling wine to take a break. Later, the chef recommended the tempura salad, which tasted super good, and we learned from him how to select avocados. The prices here are still a bit expensive, but they are delicious③

周一晚上运气不错，大概七点到餐厅，没有订座居然有位子。进店才发现原来是米其林推荐餐厅。被安排坐在寿司吧那一圈座位上，碰巧面前就是祖籍上海的张师傅。采纳张师傅的建议，两人点了一套主厨套餐，挪威清酒。因为跟张师傅聊得非常投缘，他还额外让我们品尝了鲸鱼寿司和火炙金枪鱼大腹寿司。最后的甜品也是他亲自去厨房帮我们选的。整个菜系属于创意日本菜，食物品质好，摆盘精致。含龙虾，鹅肝，帝王蟹腿，金枪鱼toro，三文鱼，松露比目鱼等。最喜欢的是金枪鱼toro，入口即化。这种品质之前只有在日本筑地市场吃到过。临走时，张师傅说，下次应该没有机会见到你们了，再给你们做两个。听了不免有点小忧桑。餐厅工作人员之间关系融洽，互相说说笑笑，让我们也觉得特别轻松。祝愿张师傅每天都能那么开心

I was lucky on Monday night. I arrived at the restaurant at about 7 o&#39;clock. There was no reservation and there was a seat. I only found out that it was a Michelin recommended restaurant. I was arranged to sit on the seat in the sushi bar. It happened that Master Zhang, who is of Shanghai ancestral origin, was in front of me. Taking Master Zhang&#39;s advice, the two ordered a chef&#39;s set meal, Norwegian sake. Because he was very close to Master Zhang, he also gave us an extra taste of whale sushi and hot tuna belly sushi. The last dessert was also picked by him himself in the kitchen to help us choose. The whole cuisine belongs to creative Japanese cuisine, the food is of good quality and the dishes are exquisite. Includes lobster, foie gras, king crab legs, tuna toro, salmon, truffle flounder and so on. My favorite is tuna toro, the entrance is instant. This quality has been eaten only in Tsukiji market in Japan before. Before leaving, Master Zhang said that there should be no chance to see you next time, and I will make two for you. 这家餐厅主供日料，菜品，环境，服务都没得挑，就是价钱有点小贵。回味龙虾，鹅肝，金枪鱼，唇齿依然留香，还是值的。墙裂推荐给走过路过的。
